lucas’ character development though, at least he learned from his mistakes and wingman na siya ni winter
At least nakakabawi ka kahit papaano. Inis pa rin ako sa mga say mo dati hmph.
*kinilig sa winrina dahil sa pov ng iba* ito ung one of those moments na hindi clueless si lucas lol. and yamot kay jeno lalo na dun sa convo nila about tendency ni rina and gigi. ang douchey lang ng dating and ang entitled nya kay rina ugh. ito rin ung time na nacucutean ako sa friendship nina lucas and winter. obvious naman kasi na he cares about baby gay. nakakamiss din paminsan itong si unggoy. sya siguro ang embodiment ng statement na he’s such a guy but he tries. hahahaha.
What I actually like about SNBB is the way the characters were written as if they’re all a real person (outside of their portrayers). Hindi nagiging villain ‘yung mga failed love interest nila, like Jeno and Lucas, sure you’ll see they’ll have a reaction but they won’t go too far like what you’ll usually see in other books. Ang realistic lang talaga, I also like how Lucas handled this situation, and even became one of Winter’s safe and trust person na pwede niyang sabihan ng mga thoughts niya aside from Ning since malayo na ang ate Taeyeon niya sakaniya. Winter’s not super close pa with Giselle kasi rin on this part, they sure hang out, share fun times pero wala pa silang usapan na malalim talaga like what Winter had with Ning, Lucas, Eunbi & Hyewon, and Karina. But Bff G is one of the best people Winter ever had. I really like reading the other character’s POV as well, because you’re able to delve deeper into the story as if you’re seeing it first hand dahil hindi lang pov ng bida ang nababasa mo, you get to know other characters better, at mas nakikilala mo at mas napapamahal ka sa kwento. Haven’t read other books from Miss Tootsie but i can proudly say, SNBB is a candidate for a ‘masterpiece’ or ‘lovechild’ title in terms of literary works by Miss Tootsie.
Buti na lang rin naging close friends si Winter at Lucas.
