This is the reality between gay couples na di makapag-out sa families nila. There are times that we really can’t do anything, so we have to face this kind of challenge. Planning ahead is important, pero I understand Hyewon na mahirap kung ikaw lang ang nagti-think about the future. I hope even if they said LDR doesn’t work for them, they could make it work. If ever that things get real toxic between them, I don’t mind if they break up. That will save them both.
edi nadown ang mood after ng previous chapter…but all the hugs kay eunbi! and kay hyewon din! can totally relate sa feelings ni dance edge pres regarding time going by fast. and ung regrets about things, thinking you could’ve done better, planned earlier, planned alternatives if things do not go your way. it’s saddening to see the precarious situation na meron sya cause she knows her parents aren’t supportive, sa plano nya sa buhay pati na rin sa plano nyang makasama sa buhay. so she chooses to live and enjoy the present, a little too much for her family’s liking. realistic lang din ung way of thinking nya na once makagraduate feeling mo magiging okay na. kinda naive but relatable. then reality hits na hindi naman ganun for everyone. once you graduate, ikaw pa rin naman yan. and nandun pa rin naman ung problema…nadadagdagan pa nga. hayyy. isa to sa mga chapters na di ko rin masyado binibisita noon kasi nga nasasad lang ako. but i appreciate this better now kasi nga nabigyan tayo ng insight sa buhay ni eunbi outside sa pagiging mommy gay ni winter. everyone struggles!
also, this chapter is a testament kung gaano kacreative ang writing kasi how do you come up with distinct personal conflicts with each of the characters?? ang dami nila so..ang galing lang na the story managed to introduce us to people from different realities, and we just know na people like eunbi do exist in real life. effective storytelling talaga.
